Antje is a German-born actress. Her debut English language role was in the movie Pandorum. The actress is most famous internationally for her portrayal of the antagonist Faora In Man of Steel & The Flash and Agnes Nielsen, in Dark. Antje Traue was born on 1981 on the 18th of January. She has a good command of both German as well as English. In the movie Pandorum she played her very first English spoken part. Antje is an German actress. Born on January 18, 1980 in the city of Mittweida, Karl-Marx-Stadt East Germany. Pandorum made her debut in English. On the international stage Her most memorable role is her devilish character of Faora as unbreakable as she appears in the Superman film Man of Steel (2013) as well as her role in Agnes Nielsen's film Dark. As part of a school production she was Jeanne d'Arc. It was during this time that she portrayed Jeanne d'Arc as a character in the school production. Traue played and toured with the show on stages across Europe, Germany as well as New York City for four years. Traue continued to be featured in a variety of television movies, including Kleinruppin Forever Berlin at Meer as well as Phantomschmerz. Traue starred as the lead female character in Pandorum directed by Christian Alvart, written by Travis Milloy with Dennis Quaid.
